Master Instructors Heidi Tanner and Kimberly Spreen lead this fat burning, muscle sculpting FUSION workout (pilates, cardio, yoga and weights). Opposing muscle groups work in push-pull pairs, increasing functional fitness.

To burn extra calories, Non-DominantSM (weak side first) weight work includes both 2 and 3-limb drills. "Powerhouse Pilates" and Astanga (power) Yoga complement the standing hip and thigh exercises. For lively cardio, nothing beats Kimberly's specialty — kickboxing!
